Brian focuses his practice on integrating estate planning, business planning, asset protection, and income tax planning. “The most rewarding aspect of practicing law,” Brian says, “is advising clients regarding the myriad of planning opportunities and implementing those plans to protect and preserve their wealth, plan their legacies, and grow and eventually transition their businesses.” By simplifying complex concepts, Brian helps his clients actively participate in the planning process to reach their goals.
Prior to joining Hutchins & Associates, Brian practiced at a well-established mid-size law firm, as well as a boutique trust and estate law firm. Brian also served as a Law Fellow for the Honorable Judge C. Jean Stewart of the Denver Probate Court.
Brian assists clients in the following, often interrelated, areas:
* Estate Planning
* Business Formation
* Business Exit and Succession Planning
* Deferred compensation
* Asset Protection
* Income Tax Planning
* Trust and Estate Administration
* Bonuses and Incentives
* Marital Agreements
