Brian Marsiglia focuses his practice on integrating business planning, estate planning, asset protection, and income tax planning. “The most rewarding aspect of practicing law,” Brian explains, “is advising clients regarding the myriad of planning opportunities and implementing those plans to grow and eventually transition their businesses, protect and preserve their wealth, and plan their legacies.” By simplifying complex concepts, Brian helps his clients actively participate in the planning process to reach their goals.
Prior to joining MBLaw, Brian practiced at a boutique trust and estate law firm and also served as a Law Fellow for the Honorable Judge C. Jean Stewart of the Denver Probate Court.
