TIM J. PARKS

Tim Parks is an associate attorney Hutchins & Associates LLC. Prior to joining the firm full-time, Tim worked as an associate attorney with Davis Schilken, PC and an intern with the Albany County Prosecuting and Attorney’s Office in Albany County, Wyoming.

Tim’s practices primarily in the areas of estate planning, private wealth transfer, probate and trust administration, business planning, and charitable planning.  Tim loves educating the clients he works with to assist them in make the best decisions possible, and he enjoys planning for younger families.

Tim has also had the privilege of presenting monthly seminars on various estate planning and settlement topics including: Wills Versus Trusts, Taxes and Estate Planning, What to Do When A Loved One Dies, and more.  Additionally, Tim has spoken twice at the Rocky Mountain Area Conference (RMAC) for certified public accountants.

Tim grew up in rural Arkansas and met his wife in Florida where he lived for six years. He loves the outdoors, especially the mountains. He and his wife enjoy getting a babysitter for their three children, Ruth, James, William, and then playing nine holes of golf. Because of his young children, Tim feels very invested in planning for young families who may be in a similar situation.  Tim also loves learning trivia about the city of Denver, a summer Rockies game, and trying new restaurants.
