WILLIAM C. WALLER, JR.
Bill has practiced law in Denver since 1976. During his career he has tried many cases as lead counsel in state and federal courts throughout the United States. Most of these cases involved complex tax disputes, will contests and breach of fiduciary duty claims. Many of these cases were high profile cases which received national publicity in publications such as the New York Times, Washington Post and Newsweek. He has appeared on “60 Minutes”, CNN and other news outlets, and he has testified before Congress regarding proposed changes to the Internal Revenue Code.
In addition, he has also supervised the creation and implementation of numerous estate and business succession plans, and acted as partner responsible for the operation of a Multi-Family Family Office.
In 2021 he became a Founding Member of The Private Trust Consortium which is a membership organization headquartered in Boulder, Colorado, which provides the information and tools trustees need to successfully administer trusts.
Bill’s accomplishments have consistently been recognized by his peers, including the highest possible rating of AV Preeminent awarded by Martindale-Hubbell for both legal ability and ethical standards.
